- This is a Points Per Round tournament with one round of consolation (consolation match available if the draw size permits)

- 2 out of 3 sets, no-ad scoring with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd set
- Selection is “top down” from the National Standings List published on the date entries close
